Is it a studio or salon?
AI truly believe you will understand and be able to differentiate between the two spaces.  Our studio space works well for myself and my clients as it is more privatized, quiet and relaxed then a salon normally is. Come see for your self!

Where can I park?
AMain street is a busy place for sure but surrounding places have ample parking.  You can always find a spot on Tragina S, Weir or Tragina N (directly across from the studio).

How do I book an appointment?
AYou can always call, email, or test. Facebook Messaging is also appropriate.  Please note, when booking I can only hold an appointment time for 24 hours.  I know we all can get busy and forget to call or reply but it is only fair to offer the appointment to another client if I havent heard back after 24 hours.  It is much easier to book  right away instead of going back and forth.  In return I try to be quick at returning calls and messages.  The only day I completely shut off is Saturday evening 4pm until Monday 9am.  You will be notified via Facebook Page if I will be on holidays.

What is your cancelation policy?
A 24 hour notice is always appreciated.  My schedule is very strict and organized. It is always nice to be able to contact someone whom may be waiting on a cancellation list to offer them the appointment if you are not able to make it.  Please note I do book 1-2 weeks in advance. So if you must cancel please be aware you may have to wait before you can get another appointment. Can we talk fitness too?
A Oh yes! I live and breathe a healthy lifestyle!  I am happy to listen to your goals and journeys. judgement free.  We can talk as much or as little as you would like, fitness related or not.  I always say “what is said in studio, stays in studio”.  with respect to others that may be in studio as well.

Your stuff smells so good, can i buy it?
A Of course you can, I keep my top 10 favourite products by Kevin Murphy on the shelves.  I truly believe in his product line, sulfate, paraben, and not tested on animals.  Enough said right?  If there is something extra you would like, I do special orders  (including but not limited to flat irons, blowdryers and other accessories).

Who works at the studio?
A Amber Lynne Hair studio is my studio space, opened March of 2014, which was a long time dream come true for me.  The studio is semi private and I rent a space to the talented Andrea of ASK artwork. Andrea also shares the love for Hair, Health & Wellness Yoga. I could not ask for a better fit to join me in my studio space!

I have colored my hair from a box and now I want to be blonde?
A I am honest and realistic, and if I do not feel your hair is in the condition for a color correction service , I will not do it.  My name and reputation is on your hair and I dont want anyone walking around  with damaged hair.  However we will do a full consultation to make a plan that will get your hair to its desired colored.  Healthy hair comes first!

Do you do special prices?
A I do not do special pricing. I have been in this industry for over 12 years now and take my job and art seriously. Along with overhead cost and keeping up a studio space, I am an entrepreneur and it can sometimes require working around the clock.  I love my job, take pride in it and also spend time and money on upgrading my education and knowledge so I can better serve my customers and clients

My bangs are in my eyes, can you help?
A  No  problem! give me a call, text or message and we can set a time and date to sort it out.  It takes 2 mins and can be done between appointments. You dont even need to take your coat off, and it is complimentary!  No reason to cut you own!
